Our weather here is always a little unpredictable... but on May 8th it was extra ridiculous! I had the priviledge of photographing Cathy & Chuck's wedding that day, and although it was a bummer that we couldn't be outside for any photos, they had gorgeous venues lined up and we had lots of fun!
Now, I have to tell you that Chuck works for ROWE PHOTO. Talk about pressure for me, photographing for someone who knows soooo many photographers! But it was such an honor to be entrusted with capturing their day. Big thanks to my friend Chelse for coming along to help out as well.
First the ceremony at St. Anne's on Mt. Hope Avenue. A photographer's dream with lots of light, wide aisles, and a balcony!
Cathy's expression is priceless as she makes eye contact with Chuck at the end of the aisle!
This is the essence of their relationship, love it!
Off to Chelse's studio downtown for some formals. One of my favorite bridal party group shots ever!
Some time with just the bride & groom:
Then on to Eastview Mall to ride the carousel, yay!!
In addition to the regular limo, they had rented an antique car. By time we arrived at Casa Larga for the reception it was SNOWING... we really wanted to do some shots with the car but it was so windy and cold (um, they're bracing themselves so they don't blow away!) that we just got this one. They were troopers!
A few of the beautiful details.
Inside the wine shop they have some beautiful paintings that made for a nice backdrop!
It was fun you guys, thanks again for having me come along! Hope you're having a fabulous time on your honeymoon!!
