{ Senior girls part I } rochester, ny senior portrait photographer

Every year you can count on the girls being even more excited about having their portraits done than the guys, and this year was no exception. All of the girls that I worked with this season chose to do a studio AND an outdoor session (Which landed them a discount on BOTH!).

With the season winding down, I am sad to see it go. Let's take a peek at few favorite shots with AMAZING locations, props, and outfits we had during two of our sessions...

Each year I donate gift certificates to a few select charities for their silent auctions and I meet the most wonderful families through those programs! This season I've had the privilege of photographing Natalie's family using one of those certificates, and also her Senior portraits!

We had the perfect summer evening in Highland Park...

Story's little sister was born earlier this year and I've been honored to photograph the family through the whole process. It was fun to see Story let her own personality shine during her Senior session!!!

The rain cleared up and the sun came out just in time for us to rock it out at Charlotte Beach!

If you can't decide what to do with all of your beautiful images, consider a flush mount album! They are now available in 8x8 and 10x10 with many page designs to choose from!

Look for more senior girl images to hit the blog this winter!

{ Senior Portraits- guys part I } rochester, ny senior portrait photographer

Senior guys are taking the lead this season! Their sessions were either short & simple or a full day of activities, whatever suited their style! These are a few favorites from some East-siders!

Ian from Penfield went with a simple yet classic 30 minute studio session...

Sam from Pittsford had an hour long studio session full of outfit changes!

Zach from Penfield had the best of both worlds. Nearly a full two hours of shooting with studio time, Lakeshore golf course and then Corbett's Glen!!!

Whether you choose to keep it light with a brief in studio session, or fill a couple hour session to the brim with activities, we can accommodate your needs. Yearbook deadlines are coming up quick but there is still time for a last minute session so if you need one just get in touch soon!

{ Fabulous Familes | rochester, ny family portrait photographer }

This past year was full of fabulous family portraits! Although Fall is usually the most popular time to have them done, an awesome family session can happen anytime of year, for a variety of reasons.

Sometimes it's that last family photo before the kids head off to college to embark upon their own journey...

Having that classic location will make it even more memorable.

Fun in the sun with a beautiful family! So why not capture it?

It's great to see colors that compliment the Summer season so perfectly...

This families' historic, Rochester, home was just the place to have their 3 children get comfy with the camera right away for some amazing shots!

What a wonderful option if you are low on wall space, and just fall in love with a bunch of great shots. Our 20x20 collage is available as a board backed print, or gallery wrapped canvas.(My fav!!!)

Another great option is Family fun inside the studio! From little kids to big kids, there are no weather worries when you choose this option!!

What an adorable family...

What great color contrasts between their dark clothing and the light backdrop, really makes things POP!

Black and white photos are always classic. Remember to wear dark clothes to get the best outcome!!!

Always love a perfect, colorful little family shot to brighten up the studio!!!

See, I told you an "in studio" session would be great too...

As Summer comes to an end, and busy schedules slow down, it's the perfect time to book your family portrait with us!!! Great family moments should be captured, they are simply priceless...

Getting for the Big Day was a celebration between close friends and family full of happy tears and laughter...

Personalized details added unique touches...

The Bride was so certain about her Groom, even her shoes said "I do!"

A glorious venue with ornate checkered flooring helped to set the stage for a beautiful ceremony.

All the while, they couldn't take their eyes off each other...

Talented friends and family added their personal touches to this special day.

At the Brides' request we did some casual yet modern bridal party shots...

Just the gals...

Now the guys. (Check out those funky socks!!)..

There's just something about this picture...

A few of just the Newlyweds!

Thanks to the Brides' Father, we were able to capture a couple unique shots with his cool car.

Then we decided to head down to the horse pastures. Shooting with long lenses allowed for some private moments between just the two of them, like they didn't know I was there...

The rich green pasture brought out the vibrant yellow in the Brides' bouquet.

With all of the rainy weather this Bride even came prepared with rain boots! This amazing shot is being entered into the NY State Fair Photo competition!!!

What gorgeous hardwood floors at this reception venue, with elegant tall white ceilings. Everyone had a great time...

With a room filled with great food, fun and laughter, who would've thought I'd see the best dance move EVER... What a doll!

What a beautiful couple during their cake cutting.

A few of the perfect details...Every photographers' favorite part!

Special keepsakes made memorable touches...

With two rings and one shared promise their happily ever after began...
