3/27: This week in pictures

Today Ben & I spent the afternoon with fellow photographer Chelse from EIEIO Photography! I first met Chelse in October 2008 when she did some amazing maternity photos for me at Tinker Park in Henrietta.

Today she came to our house/studio so I could just be mommy while she took some FABULOUS Ben pictures!

3/18: This week in pictures

Today Ben & I took our first big adventure without Tim... we met Jessica & baby Keira at the mall!! I broke out the stoller system & everything! Ben slept through most of it and was still crashed when we got home.



When he finally woke up, he was in a great mood and sat in his chair the entire time while I made dinner and did the dishes!





We had a super fun day!!!

Beauty & the Beast: Olympia's Musical

This year the Musical at Greece Olympia HS is Disney's Beauty & the Beast, and it opens tonight! I'll be taking the group shots on Saturday for all-cast, orchestra pit, and the stage crew and we were invited to the last dress rehearsal on Wed to check things out ahead of time. Ben came along too, so we only stayed for the first half...

You don't see much of the beast in the first half, but here's one:

"Be Our Guest" is a GREAT scene!


During intermission we went backstage...

The kids did an awesome job!! Looking forward to seeing the rest of the show on Saturday!

Tiffany's Trinkets: Product Session

Yesterday I did a product session for Tiffany of Tiffany's Trinkets- handmade jewelry for everyday wear, and custom pieces for prom & bridal!

Ben: 6 week portraits

Ben is 6 weeks old today! I didn't plan to do a photo session with him (I mean come on, the poor kid doesn't need his portraits done every 2 weeks, lol) but I was setting up for another session I had this afternoon and I just couldn't resist trying out some new poses & ideas with him.

This hat is WAY too big but it is just too cute:



This is his regular winter hat that I got at Target for $1!



He was scrunching all over the place in the Boppy- he just wants to move! Gramma was right there as a spotter :-)



I'll be posting some images from the Client session tomorrow! It was a rare product session instead of portraits which is a fun change of pace.

3/4: This week in pictures

[For new visitors to my blog- I'm currently on maternity leave so most postings are from my personal life right now... new client images will be coming soon as I resume sessions!]

We went to Gramma & Grampa's house this weekend for lunch! Ben of course slept right thru it all :-)



But he was wide awake when we got home. Going for a little different camera angle as we enjoy some floor time:




He will be 6 weeks old tomorrow! Weighing in at 9 lbs 3 oz at last Friday's doctor appointment!
